Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Manual

ADA requirements identify areas of a facility that will allow the disabled to access work spaces, restrooms, break rooms, etc.  This law affects businesses with 15 or more employees, or with specified public spaces.  Some requirements are applicable only when you remodel or expand a facility.  Learn about your obligations/rights as an employer under the employment and accessibility provisions of the Americans with Disabilities ACT (Title I and III of the ADA).
